　　Luoyang Xinchen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was incorporated on March 25th, 2011 after restructuring from its former Luoyang Yuhongda Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. The Company registered with RMB 50 million now and has existing assets worth RMB 50 million.It is the conveyor belt R&D center of Luoyang Bureau of Science and Technology and has been honoured as a certified model of China credit enterprise, an AAA standardized good behavior enterprise in Henan Province, and an ISO9000:2008 quality system-certified enterprise.

The Company is located on the northern bank of Luohe River, namely No.6 Wangchun Road, High-tech Development Zone, Luoyang, covering an area of more than 13,000m2. Now, the Company, equipped with 85 machine tools including 27 open type inclinable crank presses for producing belt fasteners, is known as a high-tech processing manufacturer integrating design, production, sale and maintenance of CNC equipment and machinery, production and sale of environmentally sound materials and sale of metal materials. The company now employs 130 people, including 12 technicians, 1 professor, 3 masters, 2 senior engineers, 9 medium-level engineers, 1 certified public accountant and 38 sales and after-sales service people.

The Company is a comprehensive enterprise integrating coal mining equipment research and development, production, sale and maintenance, with focus on various models of conveyor belt fasteners, fastener installation tools, cables, skivers and strippers. The Company is also engaged in the operation and sales of drill bit and stem, hydraulic support accessories, coal extractor accessories, armoured face conveyor accessories, steel rope belt repair glue, roller rubber coating, damping bed, cleaner, etc. The Company's products are sold across China and exported to countries including Russia, India and Vietnam.

With high R&D capacity, the Company has developed 6 series and 19 types of belt fasteners. The Company is one of local manufacturers that offer the fullest range of belt fasteners and fastener installation tools with the highest yield. The Company offers paper conjoined common belt fasteners, U-shaped single four-rivet fasteners, six-rivet fasteners, skew six-rivet fasteners, YHD1000, YHD1250, YHD1400, YHD1400+, YHD1600, YHD2000 and YHD2500 U-shaped conjoined fasteners, A6 and V6 U-shaped fasteners, MD heavy-duty riv-nail fasteners and V38 and V39 stainless steel fasteners. YHD-A (U-shaped single-opening) (patent number: 022857354) and YHD-C (U-shaped staple grip) (patent number: 200420000784.X) belt fasteners are the patented individually developed products of the Company. The raw materials for producing the belt conveyors are all from domestic large steel enterprises like Luoyang Tractor Plant, Luoyang Bearing Plant and Luoyang Locomotive Plant. The Company's products can resist dampness, oxide, static electricity, tensile and wear. Their primary installation rate, dynamic durance and compatibility are higher than those required by current MT\T318.1-2006 Standards and GB\T12736 Standards.

Belt fastener installation tools, by operating principle, are divided into hammered type, manually operated type, lever type, pull-lever type and hydraulic type. The hydraulic fastener installation tool was first developed by the Company, and thus it is a revolutionary product that can replace imported products. At present, the Company offers products meeting needs of customers in coal mining, power plant, mine, terminal and other fields where conveyor belts, from 4mm-thick canvas to 22mm-thick flame-retarding woven core belts, are used to convey granular materials. One thing worth of special mention is that the Company's belt fasteners which are based on the state-of-the-art static absorption process for surface treatment, have the advantages of high corrosion resistance, wear resistance and flame retardance. The technical parameters of the products are tested by Luoyang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to be higher than the technical standards of coal industry.

The company has developed agents and sales representatives in Shanxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu, Henan, Hebei, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Yunnan, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, etc. for management of sales and after-sales services and providing technical support to customers and technical training for staff.
