The U-shaped single four-pin buckle is composed of two upper and lower gussets. The U-shaped structure has nails distributed in the shape of a plum. Each pair of gussets clamps the end of the conveyor belt tightly and is fixed by staggered spring steel nails. The conveyor belt is permeable but does not damage or weaken the main body of the conveyor belt and ensures a balanced joint strength of the conveyor belt width.

It adopts high-quality steel and new anti-corrosion technology, which is resistant to corrosion and moisture. The thickest can be 6-12mm conveyor belt.

The matching buckle machine is three kinds of hammer type buckle machine, lever type buckle machine and double rod type buckle machine. Lightweight, fast and easy to operate, it is the most commonly used belt buckle on the market.
